The Magas master plan – a new administrative Republican center – was designed in cooperation with Leningrad’s GIPROGOR.  The main idea of Magas master plan was in setting the principal monumental axis crossing the administrative center and stretching from the building of Administration of the President of the Republic and to the mosque. In this way the axis symbolically joins civil and spiritual authority. On both sides of the axis the administrative districts are set.  All the administrative centre has access to the river Sunzha and Caucasian mountain ridge. The Magas master plan was partly realized.
